An important point to remember is that this journey requires patience and consistent cycles of review for improvement or pivoting opportunities (if necessary). Steer your thinking away from the big-bang approach and a final destination. With the big bang approach - you will spend a lot of your capital up front, use most if not all your resources in one go, which you want to avoid.
Also, steer away from having a "final-destination" intention. A final destination goal is this perfect state, where if the business reaches that state, it seizes to learn, improve and grow. You want to have an infinite mindset as opposed to a finite perspective.
As the entrepreneur embarking on this journey, you must utilize and spend your resources (monetary or otherwise) wisely and be discerning what you spend on building your digital business.
Fortunately, technology and the digitization of processes and systems have dramatically reduced capital expenditure to start any business today. That said, one could also completely waste capital if no proper planning and informed decision-making processes are followed, implemented, or professional guidance is sought.
Are we still on to have that strategy meeting scheduled for next week Tuesday? Keep me posted on those developments.
