Dear -
I hear and appreciate your sentiments around the project capital spend.
We require fundamental but critical infrastructure components, keep costs down to an absolute minimum as best we can and execute the MPV as lean a possible.
Our objective is to try best to do the above but at the same time build sustainability and efficiency into the digital infrastructure model of the business. Its essential we make provision for this. This is why we must recommend best practice as your target market will appreciate this.
We need to request another round or increase the capital budget to go for the digital infrastructure benchmark standard. Failure to so will impact us in the long run and play against us in terms of our differentiation in the market. We cannot afford this.
However, if the capital budget increase cannot be achieved, we build an inferior necessary digital infrastructure that can successfully execute the MVP into the market but at least we have clarity of the vision and what we need to accommodate for the future.
For now we need to test a slice of the market with a workable MVP that can generate customer and business model insights, quickly.
Build yourself a sustainable business for the future.
regards
