Im Listening. I Am Slightly Pivoting.

Coming back to 'your customer is your compass' from my previous post about the MVP—read it if you haven’t.  Really, I swear by this. Listen to your customers, they will guide you in developing your solution, product or idea. They are guiding me. 

Over the past two weeks, I’ve had several 1-on-1s and ad-hoc conversations with individuals who has reached out to me, guys who are self-driven and have been deeply impacted and motivated by my content and story. They reached out, we got chatting, and—more importantly—I listened.

What’s interesting is that these individuals, while maybe not entrepreneurs or business owners in their own right, are certainly high-value in terms of their professionalism, skills, ideas, resources, expertise, products, and solutions to everyday problems—worthy of some serious business case development, considerations, backing and support. These individuals are your everyday corporate professional heroes, grinding away in their little cubicle spaces, working on projects and outcomes that are completely void of their own internal compass. They feel zero fulfillment and are utterly frustrated by the energy expense—wondering what could have been if that same energy had been poured into their own life’s work in any shape or form.  Again, I know this feeling. I have lived it for over 15 years of my corporate career.

I see it in their eyes—the fire is there, but it’s dimmed. I hear it in their voices—the longing for something more, something real. Obviously, these are family men with responsibilities and burdens to take care of, which is completely understandable—but beneath the weight of duty, there is a silent scream for hope, for a destiny they know they are capable of achieving. They are just missing someone in the war zone with them, someone leading the battalion, taking charge, and leading from the front.

Well, here I am. I put my hand up. Did I choose this? No. Was this destiny? Yes. Am I ready? Semi-Ready. Am I capable? Time will tell. Will I survive my runway? I don’t know. But what I do know is this—right now, I am here. Right now, I am standing. And right now, I must do what feels right. I’m holding this Free-Range Flag up high, like a battle cry, for those to see that it can be done. It must be done.

So, I’ve listened to these individuals, and after reflecting on my content that just keeps flowing without any filters, I’ve realized that I’m actually advocating for something much bigger and greater than just a normal online business project, business development strategy, or digitizing, improving, and scaling existing businesses. I’m actually advocating for complete, life-changing, crucial, impactful moments that will fundamentally change people’s destinies and that of their families—for the life they are truly capable of, first believing in, and then actually achieving.

It’s actually scary and daunting when I think about it—people trusting me with assisting in building their future destinies. But hey—you know what? I’m living it myself. I’m leading from the front. I’ve got skin in the game. Those who want to pick up arms with me can do so, and together, we will rise. We will empower each other to fulfill the destinies we are meant to fulfill. The time is now. The journey has begun.

So considering these reflections, here I am with a slightly pivoted value proposition:
