Your value proposition is embedded in product development.

It is far too often we come across founders with a very good product. By "very good" we mean; it addresses a pain point, the product's value resolves that pain point and thirdly, exceeds expectations with added value that the customer doesn't expect.

They fail to understand and appreciate the importance of incorporating its value proposition into new product design or product extensions. This is, of-cors provided that they have established a clear VP for their brand and business. Below, our short exchange in response to this concern as brought to us from one of our existing prospects.

Hi (-----)
Well noted on your points. It's good and well that the priority right now is product development - but it is critical that while behind the product development scenes, integrate the value proposition design into the product. In retrospect, this had to be completed at the very beginning of this journey. Be that as it may, this approach will allow for preliminary planning around product-market-fit for when (-----) is ready to take the product to market.
It is essential to incorporate this now already, especially if you're operating as a B-2-B (as a first phase go-to-market strategy). The value proposition is inherent in the product design, and your brand positioning in the marketplace is highly dependent on it.
